Anderson Protocol

The

The Anderson Protocol refers to a series of principles which are suggested guides of practice for those working with youth offenders. The Anderson Protocol promotes the implementation of rigorous research and evidence based practice within collaborative communities, involving the wide range of agencies and individuals who engage with youth offenders. At the core of The Anderson Protocol is a commitment to social justice, and a conviction that all humans have the right to equality within society.

The Anderson Protocol is named for "Jack" Anderson - a man of great sensitivity, compassion and humanity. His hard work and belief in the value of education laid the foundations for the organisation.

The Anderson Protocol traces it's provenance to the Anderson clan of Scotland, whose motto is "Stand Sure". We strive to embody this perspective through persistent, determined, passionate support of and advocacy for the provision of quality services to vulnerable young people.
